Kenny Cooper's 12 year professional soccer career started upon graduating from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, when he signed with Manchester United in 2003. Following two and a half years abroad that included playing in Portugal, Kenny signed with FC Dallas of Major League Soccer. Over the next three and a half years, Kenny was named to the US Men's National Team, as well as being named a Major League Soccer All Star player in 2008. In 2009 Kenny signed with 1860 Munich in Germany. He then returned to Major League Soccer and over the course of the next five years played with the Portland Timbers, New York Red Bulls, FC Dallas, Seattle Sounders, and Montreal Impact. Over the span of his career, Kenny scored 75 MLS goals, and logged 4 goals for the US Men's National Team.
